Foreign Minister Antonio Milososki held a press conference in the Foreign Ministry yesterday, at which he presented a package of initiatives for improvement of the relations between Macedonia and Greece. Among other things, this package proposes that two meetings be held annually between the Macedonian and Greek ministers; one meeting annually between the prime ministers of the two countries; and it proposes formation of a joint commission where top intellectuals and academicians would resolve the disputable issues. Milososki informed that he presented this package in Washington, noting that he received support from U.S. state officials for the same.

The Macedonian ambassadors and consuls will hold regular annual consultations with the Foreign Ministry over the next two days. German Ambassador to NATO Ulrich Brandenburg will attend the first meeting among the Macedonian ambassadors and Foreign Ministry officials.
