Macedonia and Serbia do not have any open problems. There are only small issues that can be resolved very quickly and easily with political will, Macedonian Foreign Minister Antonio Milososki and Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Draskovic said following their meeting in Belgrade yesterday, the media report.

One of these small issues is the cooperation between the two churches. Foreign Minister Milososki said that, although the churches are separated from the states, they do have an influence on the public opinion in the two countries.

"We encourage the two churches to establish direct contact and to find the best possible resolution in the spirit of the friendship, cooperation, and good-neighborly relations," Minister Milososki stressed.
