The Struga Basic Court stated that the start of the legal proceedings against British citizen Nick Morley, suspected of jeopardizing road safety and failing to provide aid, is uncertain. The Court Council will also investigate the responsibility of investigating judge Zajedin Islami, who released Morley from detention. Vladimir and Margit Cepunjoski lost their lives in the car accident that occurred last week.

"Utrinski Vesnik" comments that the charges against Morley could be expanded with an escape attempt. The Court Council said that it would not succumb to any pressure and that it would not make a rash decision as regards the responsibility of judge Islami.

As the media reported, Morley's attorneys complained about the annulling of the first ruling with which Morley was released on bail of 25,000 euros. Morley was then returned to the prison in Ohrid where he is currently serving a 30-day detention sentence.
