Deputy Interior Minister Refet Elmazi from the governing PDSH (Democratic Party of Albanians) tendered his notice of resignation today due to, as he said, obstructions from assorted segments at the Ministry. Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski said he would decide whether to accept it on his return from Portugal where he is attending NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly spring session.
