Macedonia will very soon be prepared to meet all the conditions for facilitation and eventually full liberalization of the visa regime with the EU, but it also expects a concrete position from Brussels, said Macedonian Foreign Minister Antonio Milososki.
"We're working to have the visa regime facilitated and eventually liberalized. What we want from the European Commission is a concrete stand, because sometimes I have the impression that the problem rests on their side. We expect them to tell us what we should achieve to start talks over full liberalization and we are ready to achieve those tasks. We have already finished the job with the passports and the integrated border security, we're working on creating a central visa register and believe that soon, over the next few months, next year in particular, Macedonia will be ready and we expect them to be ready too to respond to us," Minister Milososki said Monday.
