KOSOVO - MAIN TOPIC OF DISCUSSION BETWEEN PRESIDENTS CRVENKOVSKI AND TADIC

Macedonian President Branko Crvenkovski met with Serbian President Boris Tadic in Belgrade yesterday. Crvenkovski's visit to Serbia is part of his activities for holding meetings with the presidents of the countries in this region.

Crvenkovski and Tadic discussed the political and economic relations between the two countries. The two presidents assessed that these contacts at the highest level encourage cooperation in all spheres, especially in the economy, where there are many unutilized opportunities, President Crvenkovski's Office informed.

The two presidents also discussed security issues, concentrating on the negotiations for the resolving of the final status of Kosovo.
