PRIME MINISTER PROPOSES DIRECT TALKS WITH GREECE

No matter how big the problems are, they can be resolved if Macedonia and Greece sit and talk together, instead of communicating via the media and the EU and NATO institutions, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski said in the eve of the next round of talks on the name in January next year.

Following UN mediator Matthew Nimetz's proposal last week that the future talks be led between the ministers and that they be moved from New York to Skopje and Athens, Gruevski noted that the only way in which progress could be made is through talks.
