Macedonia's top officials will begin next week consultations on finding a solution to the name dispute with Greece, confirmed Saturday for President Crvenkovski and PM Gruevski, state MIA reports.
Crvenkovski and Gruevski, accompanied by FM Antonio Milososki, took part at a A3 meeting with U.S. President George Bush, in Zagreb.
After the meeting and the working lunch, President Crvenkovski and PM Gruevski reiterated that USA firmly support Macedonia's NATO integration. They briefed Bush and State Secretary Condoleeza Rice, and Assistant-State Secretary Daniel Fried on name dispute with Greece.
"Through maximum unity at home, along with complete commitment and arguments abroad, we should try to realize what we all want to achieve", said President Crvenkovski.
"For sure, Macedonia has the strength and it will succeed. Sometimes time is of the essence, as is the case here. When such a thing occurs, I do not pass any decisions for three-four days until feelings calm down. Of course, we will undertake steps next week, wide-range consultations with experts from the politics, but also other factors of social life", added PM Gruevski.
