DIK: VOTER TURNOUT BY 10:00 IS 11.44 PERCENT

The voter turnout by 10:00 o’clock is 11.44 percent, State Election Commission (DIK) Spokes-man Zoran Tanevski informed at a press conference. Tanevski said that the highest voter turnout so far had been registered in the village of Bogovinje, Tetovo region, where 19.20 percent of the population voted so far, while the smallest voter turnout was registered in Centar Zupa, Debar re-gion, with approximately 3 percent of the citizens casting their ballots so far.

Tanevski also confirmed the previous reports on interruption of the voting in the villages of Ze-lino and Brvenica (Tetovo), Malino and Aracinovo (Skopje), and Vrapciste (Gostivar). The DIK spokesman also informed that there are reports of shooting in Cair and Saraj (Skopje), but he stressed that they are waiting for the Interior Ministry to confirm this information.
