BDI (Democratic Union for Integration) demands of the international community to exert pressure on the Government to declare the election null and void in several municipalities where serious irregularities were registered. Izet Mexhiti, chief of BDI election headquarters, said voting in Bogovinje, Tearce, Tetovo, Jegunovce, Zelino, Saraj, etc. should be declared null and void.

Mexhiti accused state institutions and the Alpha police unit of helping those instigating incidents. He also said among the arrested was the president of BDI's municipal organization in Cair, Beqir Asani, Forum reported on its web site.
