Macedonia is prepared for an agreement with Greece and it is in the country's interest to continue the talks under the auspices of the UN. However, Macedonia will have to adapt its strategy to the new conditions, Macedonian President Branko Crvenkovski said in the interview for BIRN (Balkan Investigative Reporting Network), the media write.
"The new reality means that Macedonia also has to back down from the so-called double formula in the talks if it wants to continue the process for Euro-Atlantic integration. Only the legitimate representatives of the two countries can decide how big a concession they can make in the talks," President Crvenkovski stressed.
