The Greek military maneuvers near the border to Macedonia are not a threat, but pressure, said Macedonian Defense Minister Zoran Konjanovski, responding to a reporter's question, after meeting Deputy Dutch Ambassador to Macedonia Govert Visser Wednesday.

The Greek armed forces conducted drills in the northern part of the country near the border to Macedonia this summer. In the invitation for one of the drills, which started in end June, the Greek army said, "Macedonia is one and Greek", which was strongly condemned by the political party of Macedonians in Greece Vinozito.

"We have no information that there is a big enough danger so that we can view these activities as a war threat. As a pressure yes," Defense Minister Zoran Konjanovski said.
