The relations in the coalition between VMRO-DPMNE and BDI are good, even though some individuals from both parties feel that this is not the best that we have. We maintain regular communication with the BDI leader and the party leadership, with this party's officials in the Government and their parliamentarians, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski said in an interview for Alsat-M TV.

He said that the recent police operations and searches of homes of a number of Albanians in Cair, Aracinovo, and the Kumanovo region following the murder of a member of the Alfa police unit in Skopje are not directed against members of a certain ethnic community, but were carried out in accordance with a court order for pursuit of criminals.
