INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION GROWS BY 9.2 PERCENT IN OCTOBER

The industrial production in October year 2005 is 9.2 percent higher than the average industrial production in year 2003, the Statistical Office reported. This growth is primarily a result of the increased production in the spheres of power, intermediary products except energy, and consumer goods.

The industrial production in October this year is lower by 3.2 percent in comparison with the previous month, and it is 3.3 percent higher than the industrial production in the same period last year.
