- A series of 300 earthquakes hit southeast Macedonia over the past three days. The residents of Strumica, Valandovo, Dojran and Gevgelija are spending the nights outdoors. The strongest earthquake of a magnitude of 4-5 on the European Macroseismic Scale shook the region at 1.22 on Sunday morning near Valandovo.
