- The ministers of foreign affairs of the EU member states adopted a conclusion Monday that visas for Macedonia and the other countries of the Western Balkans should be lifted as soon as possible. EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn said this was a historical moment when visa liberalization should be resolved before the Council of the EU.
