- President Gjorgje Ivanov met Thursday in Brussels with European Commission's President Jose Manuel Barroso. Barroso praised Macedonia on the reforms and announced that the name issue will be solved soon. Ivanov said that Macedonia needs support from all EU member-countries for this bilateral problem. On Friday, Ivanov is scheduled to meet President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy and European Commissioner Stefan Fule.
