Macedonia and Italy have excellent political relations and they are to enhance the economic ties in the future, said Macedonian and Italian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and Silvio Berlusconi at the meeting in Rome, Wednesday. PM Gruevski got assured that Italy sincerely backs Macedonia on its road to the EU and NATO. Gruevski informed his Italian counterpart on the business opportunities in Macedonia.
