“Macedonian” is stated for the first time as a reply option to the question regarding the citizen’s ethnicity in the census in Hungary being taken on 1-31 October.

“The option ‘Macedonia’ to the question regarding the mother tongue is stated for the first time too. To the question concerning the person’s religion, one of the answer options is also ‘Macedonian Orthodox,’” says Darko Angelov, Macedonian Ambassador to Hungary.
