- Mediator Matthew Nimetz is set to hold meetings with Zoran Jolevski and Adamantios Vassilakis, the Macedonian and Greek negotiators, in New York on Thursday and Friday. Following Mr. Nimetz’s September visit to the region which produced no results, this is another attempt at bringing the conflicting positions closer together. According to Utrinski vesnik’s Athens-based correspondent, in Greece there are no optimistic expectations of the new meetings.
