One man was heavilly injured in a bomb explosion today at 14.30 hrs in the center of Skopje near a few famous restaurants on the Naroden Front Street (Kapistec). Eyewitnesses claim the blast happened following a quarrel between two groups where one man took out a bomb that went off in his hand. The Ministry of the Interior initially reports that one man was heavilly injured and is in critical situation. The other individuals ran away. Police are investigating the identity of the persons and the causes of the incident. According to unofficial information of a few media, senior foreign officials from a country in the region had lunch in the nearby restaurant "Momir" at the time.
