- The Parliament is to launch Monday the debate on the 2014 draft-budget. According to announcements, next year the budget will total 2.8 billion euro and 20 percent more funds are envisaged for capital investments. During the amendment debate, only 2 amendments were accepted from a total of 684 amendments.
