- The Republic of Macedonia officially joined Monday the Erasmus +, The EU’s new education, training, youth and sport programme. Andrej Lepavcov, Head of Macedonia’s Mission to the EU and Jan Truszczynski, Director General of the European Commission Directorate General for Education and Culture, signed Monday the agreement on Macedonia’s participation in the Erasmus+ 2014-2020 programme, which will provide opportunities for over 4 million Europeans to study, train, gain work experience and volunteer abroad.
