The parliamentary elections in Macedonia will be followed by at least 3,800 domestic and foreign monitors reports. The "Most" Civic Association announced that they would participate with 3,500 monitors, while OSCE's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) would engage 250 monitors.
The State Election Commission (DIK) yesterday confirmed the first 124 accreditations of "Most" monitors who, as Slavica Biljarska said, will follow all activities in the election process.
"They will monitor the training of the election administration, commissions, and boards, their work, the campaign of all participants in the elections, the conduct of the members of the election headquarters, and the rallies of the political parties", members of this nongovernmental association said.
Most attention would be dedicated to election day, that is, on the voting, the counting of the votes, and the summing up of the results.
