The Democratic Union for Integration (BDI) is prepared to enter the Government and accept a possible invitation from Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, senior BDI sources told "Vreme" unofficially.
These party sources stressed that BDI is under big pressure from its members because they did not fulfill any promise as regards returning to power.
"When Gruevski chose PDSH to be his partner in the Government, we promised that we would return to power within three months. We did not succeed. Then we promised that this would happen immediately after New Year, but nothing came of this either. We organized protests, we withdrew from the Assembly, and we announced that we will boycott the local self-government, but there are no results. We are prepared to enter a broad government coalition, provided that Gruevski sends us such invitation. The only problem that could arise is if the invitation is sent only formally, without a desire for partnership, and if it connotes marginalization of BDI by PDSH," the sources said.
BDI neither confirmed nor denied this information.
