The latest proposal of UN mediator Mathew Nimetz and the international community is a serious basis for the achieving of an internationally acceptable resolution in the talks on the differences over the name between the Republic of Macedonia and Greece. This is the general assessment of the former foreign ministers of Macedonia at today's meeting with President Branko Crvenkovski, which was also attended by Foreign Minister Ilinka Mitreva. The experts assessed that it is very important that the term FYROM is being revoked and that Macedonia's constitutional name is being reaffirmed.
