The European Union wants Macedonia to adopt a constructive approach to the name dispute with Greece, Portuguese Minister for European Affairs Manuel Lobo Antunes said following yesterday's meeting with the Macedonian government delegation led by Macedonian Foreign Minister Antonio Milososki.

Foreign Minister Milososki informed that, as of recently, Greek citizens could enter Macedonia only with an ID card. He also stressed that the European Parliament adopted a resolution recently, which states that the name dispute could not be a condition for the country's accession to the European Union.
